How do I insert a page in a form?

For some updates it's faster to edit the ShapeFileName.apl file with an ascii editor (I like UltraEdit myself).

Here's a sample .apl I quickly threw together in Application Builder:

So say you wanted to insert a page between pages 1 and 2, you would need to:

1. Save the File Application Builder

2. Close Application Builder

3. Edit the file with an ASCII editor adding a new page object

4. Save the edited file

5. Open the edited file in Application Builder and add your controls to the new page
